Jim Apa - President and CEO

Jim is a 25-year veteran of the transportation industry. He began his career as a dock worker and eventually became a driver, a dispatcher, safety director, General Manager, and is now President and CEO of Fore Transportation. Jim was instrumental in building Fore from a 1 truck operation over 14 years ago to the 150 truck operation it is today. Jim and his team pride themselves on Fore's commitment to customer service and is available to all of Fore's customers at any time. Jim is actively involved in the following trade organizations:

• Vice President of the Illinois Truckers Association

• Member of the Chicago Traffic Club

• Member of the Intermodal Association of Chicago

• Member of the Intermodal Association of North America (IANA)

• Co Chairman of the Intermodal Freight Technology Working Group (IFTWG), a division of IANA
